This garage was heavily cluttered and unfinished, featuring bare, unpainted drywall with a section missing and a standard concrete floor. The space was disorganized and filled, leaving little to no usable floor space.
Primary Goals:
Clear the clutter, finish the walls with insulation and paint, coat the flooring, and install storage solutions to organize tools, gear, and supplies.
After:
The garage was cleared and transformed into a sleek, highly organized space. The section that had missing drywall was insulated, and new drywall was installed to finish the garage. The walls and ceiling were painted. To provide some hanging wall storage, gray slatwall panels with were installed on each wall. The bare concrete was upgraded to a gravel flake floor coating. Steek cabinet system was installed, featuring a wooden workbench and lighting. Overhead rack was mounted above the cabinets to hold storage bins, maximizing the room’s vertical capacity.

We Grinded the floor and installed a applied a Gravel flake floor coating and installed slatwall panels across the walls for hanging storage. For concealed organization we installed some steel cabinets, and an overhead rack was mounted to the ceiling to keep bulky storage bins entirely off the ground.

This luxury garage project started with the floor coating, grinding and coating with polyaspartic flakes for a long lasting result. Our next goal was having the car lift installed, qualified professionals ensured proper installation to specification. Gray Slatwall storage with a charcoal color strip is installed in the same time. Lastly we install some heavy duty steel cabinets with a workbench for concealed storage and workspace and steel wall racks above. The final result is a brand new luxury garage in Prosper with extra parking space, versatile storage and a durable attractive floor.
