5 Step Garage Floor Coating

Our garage floor coating system is designed to be an attractive and a low-maintenance surface that stands up to daily use. Made with industrial-grade materials with professional installation techniques, we create floors that resist stains, impacts, chemicals, and UV exposure while transforming your garage into a showroom.

Step 1: Diamond Grinding Floor Preparation

As with any premium coating, preparation is the most important step in the process. Orga Spaces uses state of the art diamond grinders equipped with dustless hepa vacuum systems. This ensures every floor coating gets an unbreakable bond to the concrete.

Upon arrival, our crew evaluates the concrete density to select the precise diamond blades required for your specific floor.

  • The Main Floor: Our team grinds your entire floor to remove imperfections and open the pores of the concrete.

  • The Edges: Hand grinders are used around the perimeter so every square inch is properly prepared.

  • Vertical Surfaces: We are also able to coat surfaces such as stairs and sidewall, we grind and clear  debris before moving forward.

Step 2: Crack and Imperfection Repairs

Concrete naturally develop imperfections over time. We address minor and major structural issues to ensure a flawless finish.

Hairline cracks are opened using a diamond cutting wheel and filled with a high-strength filler. The excess is then ground flush so the floor is completely smooth and the cracks become invisible. Common imperfections like pits or minor spalling are treated and ground down.

Special Repairs & Special Services

Beyond our standard process, we also offer specialized services. This ensures every inch of your space is prepared and fully protected before we apply your new coating.

Step 3: Colored Polyurea Primer Base Coat

Orga Spaces uses industrial-grade polyaspartic floor coating, a 2-part system engineered for long lasting results.

The crew thoroughly mixes the components, adding a specialized pigment to the base coat that perfectly matches your choice of colored flakes.

We first coat all vertical surfaces and apply the flakes shortly after. All excess flakes are vacuumed from the floor before the base coat is applied.

Step 4: Decorative Colored Flakes

To achieve our signature seamless finish, our team works in tandem: one crew member rolls out the coating while the other broadcasts the decorative vinyl flakes.

  • 100% Coverage: We broadcast three times the amount of material actually needed to ensure no bare spots remain.

  • Curing: Once fully coated and flaked, the floor requires 60 minutes to cure.

  • Scraping & Smoothing: As soon as it cures, the crew removes excess flakes and scrapes the floor with a flat metal-edge tool. This knocks down any standing or sharp flakes, creating an even, comfortable texture.

  • Final Clean: The floor is blown and vacuumed one final time to eliminate any loose debris.

Step 5: Durable Clear Polyaspartic Top Coat

The final touch is a crystal-clear top coat, applied with a squeegee and rolled to lock in the design. This process ensures a thick, even layer that delivers a long-term durability against chemicals, impacts, and UV rays.

Your new floor will be walkable in 24 hours and driveable in 72 hours

Lastly, our crew will completely clean up the site, load up our equipment, and leave you with a transformed, pristine space.
